Job Description A person in dermatology will use patients’ concerns to evaluate problems, needs and the best solutions. Dermatologists are medical doctors who diagnose and treat diseases of skin, hair and nails. Dermatologists will obtain information to examine patients to assess general physical condition and create treatment plan to prevent skin diseases or disorders. The goal of this career is to help patients diagnose diseases and advice patients on achieving healthy skin.
